- 5 working days
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least have 1-2 years of working experience in performing administrative works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- IT savvy
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in challenging work environment
- Able to perform administrative duties such as handle phone calls, sorting of documents, filing, issuing invoices, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Able to send quotation to customer
- Able to handle and keep track all the quotation and service report of customer
- Able to follow up all the works completed and service report on time in accordance with quotation endorsed from customer
- Able to issue invoice on time after quotation endorsed and service report completed
- Able to assist and support the Administrative Accounts Executive to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Able to assist in coordination with project coordination team members
- Able to work independently
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
