- Product Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the department store's products and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, product features, and industry developments.
Educate customers about the products, their uses, and maintenance.
- Sales Targets:Set and strive to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive product displays.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Participate in periodic store displays and promotional events.
- POS and Inventory Management:Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to relevant departments.
Assist with stock checks and participate in inventory management tasks.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other sales executives and team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Share product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance overall team performance.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members when required.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Utilize the CRM system to maintain customer records, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Results-driven and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
