**Job Title: Shop Sales Assistant**

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Sales Assistant / Inventory to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, and to assist the inventory team with picking orders and ensuring the accuracy of our inventory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products based on their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of low stock items.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management and maintaining accuracy of inventory.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales and cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
