[What the role is]

You will be part of the team to manage the Finance, GeBIZ, Corporate functions, in support of the running of the business for the division.

[What you will be working on]

Provide the Finance support by managing the following:

- High volume of accounts payable are processed accurately and timely
- Prompt and fast payments to vendors and their Statement of Accounts Year-end closing and Financial Audits Perform annual exercises such as fixed rates & charges and cost allocation
- Manage the GeBiz administration function

Provide divisional corporate support:

- Insurance for library collections/materials to ensure adequate risk management
- Records Management
- Management of hiring and contracts of temporary staff and PwDs
- Management of assets Compliance to policies/guidelines and corporate governance
- Conduct regular reviews on SOPs, guidelines and embark on continuous process improvements
- Collateand analyze data and prepare reports
- Engagestakeholders to share on guidelines, processes and best practices
- Support NLB/Division committees and projects

[What we are looking for]
- Qualifications in Business Administration with relevant working experience in Corporate Services and/or Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to multi-task, work simultaneously on a no. of projects/tasks to meet timeline
- Able to work with details and numbers, meticulous and organized.
- Proactive and able to work independently or in team settings.
- Possess good project management skills
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
