**The Role**

The Account Director is responsible for leading and managing client relationships. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure account growth, retention, and meeting KPIs of the work.

The types of projects range from digital campaigns, platform builds, data analytics, user experience, etc.

You will also support the overall business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing clients and supporting other business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the dynamics, strategies, and drivers of our clients’ businesses and navigate complex client organizations
- Manage account P&L from ensuring proper revenue forecasting, resourcing, negotiating statements of work and retainers, making sure work is delivered on budget, invoicing clients according to proper terms, and increasing ROI for the agency
- Be proactive about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive industry trends, and bringing fresh innovation
- Ability to understand and manage complex, multi-channel campaign across various phases of the funnel/customer journey
- Facilitate the development of project briefs, working with strategic planners and analysts
- Drive the direction and delivery of global work in region: overseeing strategic, cultural, creative fit for the regional adaptation of the work
- Independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of account such as those of clients, internal goals, and teams
- Actively pursue new revenue sources and provide leadership in strategic development of new business such as RFP responses and proposal writing, participating in pitches
- Comfortable with ambiguity at times (with clients and internally), demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving
- Strong management skills to help identify and grow junior talent

**You have**
- 10+ years of working experience with track record in leading a team and managing complex clients
- Ability to problem-solve many challenges simultaneously, quickly, calmly, and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Adaptable and motivated mindset to thrive in a challenging environment
- Other traits like resourcefulness, curiosity, and passion are highly desirable
- Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Digital Channels (Salesforce, Sitecore, Azure. Etc)
