**How You Will Make Your Mark**:
As a Principal Hardware Design Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and highly skilled R&D team that creates high quality products.

Responsibilities include providing technical leadership and direction to the hardware design team, and translating design requirement documents to design architectures. You will collaborate with a multi-sited product development team to integrate your deliverables toward release of new products into production. You will innovatively solve issues, drive completion of the project to schedule, and collaboratively network with other technical contributors. You will be owning all aspects of assigned areas, including feasibility study, design, verification and debug.

**About You**:

- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in systems design (integrated electrical circuit, designing complex circuit like servers, cellphone etc.)
- Excellent knowledge and deep technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven technical leadership skills and experienced in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Good knowledge and keen interest in high speed design, signal integrity issues and power distribution techniques.
- Proven technical leadership skills and experienced in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Hands-on experience in measuring and characterizing high-speed digital signals.
- Board design experience with Cadence CAD design tools like Orcad, Allegro.
- Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python, Perl and Matlab.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to work in teams, ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary, experience as a team player, and willing to take on a variety of projects.
- Capability to build relationships with other functions, self-motivator and good listening skills, which will be essential with such activities as teaching teams and transferring knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
