The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the factory’s operations, ensuring efficient production processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role involves overseeing the production and operation team, preparing sale orders, and coordinating onsite installations.

**Responsibilities**

1. Prepare and manage sale orders for production and coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth order processing.

2. Arrange for the onsite installation of finished products and ensure smooth transitions from factory to client locations.

3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available as required for production, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory, handle stock levels, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

4. Lead and manage the production and operations team, schedule and monitor the work of production staff and ensure proper training to enhance team efficiency.

5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies within the factory.

6. Provide regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and any operational issues to senior management.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a similar field.

2. Experience: Factory or manufacturing management role, especially in overseeing production and inventory management.

3. Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and factory operations.

4. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

5. Familiarity with logistics and delivery coordination processes.

6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead the production and operation team, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Mid-Career Pathways Programme Internship salary $3200. After that full time salary $4000 or above.
