**Job Description**:
Develop strategic tax solutions and provide comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to clients across various industries.
Oversee and manage tax controversies, including responding to inquiries from tax authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee proper execution of tax assignment including planning, execution, and review of tax engagements
Participate in and lead domestic and international tax consulting projects, ensuring successful implementation and resolution of all tax-related matters.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and in developing new business opportunities
Leading and delivering thought leadership and marketing collaterals and drive business development initiatives.
Provide expert advice to clients on complex projects including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings (IPOs), tax due diligence, tax rulings, tax incentives, and tax risk management.
Identify and pursue tax planning and advisory opportunities across key sectors, including Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare, Industrial Manufacturing, and Consumer & Retail.
Involves providing sophisticated tax planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer solutions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or a related field;
About 12 years or more experience in corporate and individual tax advisory and compliance. A mix of in-house and practice experiences would be a bonus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results.
