**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Able to develop creative design solutions with mínimal supervision
- Actively research concepts and materials to support design theme
- Able to understand how materials work to push design boundaries
- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing projects
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare and participate in client presentation
- Select materials, furniture, fittings and finishes while keeping within the stipulated budget
- Successfully communicate the design to our workers and specialist subcontractors

**Skills & Knowledge**
- A least a Diploma in Design, Architecture or related discipline
- 3+ years relevant design experience
- In-depth knowledge of space planning, colour concepts, design theme, furniture and finishes
- CAD & SketchUp proficiency required
- 3D modelling knowledge preferred
- BIM technology knowledge is an advantage
- QS cost management and financial skill is an advantage

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
