The Marketing Manager will assist the Company with marketing duties to include the following:
a. Market and promote all events organized by the Company.
b. Propose marketing plan and schedule for each event.
c. Be conversant with competitors' marketing programmes and advise how we fare by comparison.
c. Provide backend IT support to include proposing and managing the Event Websites, drafting marketing EDMs and blasting them, drafting brochures and reports, etc.
d. Propose marketing budgets and then manage approved budgets.
e. Monitor and update on the marketing and promotion progressive efforts for each event.

Manager expected to be able to work independently and be a team player.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, manage and organise the marketing activities of the Company’s Shows in all
aspects of marketing-related activities, especially digital marketing, to successfully

**achieve the marketing objectives the Company, such as**:

- Formulate, implement and monitor marketing plans that are effective in achieving project returns on investments.
- Researching and reporting on business opportunities
- Closely interact/interface with the Sales Team to ensure market and industry intelligence and feedback are analysed to update and fine-tune ongoing marketing plans to achieve Company objectives.
- Build, maintain, promote and establish the presence of the Show brand name in the Industry.
- Propose, develop, maintain and manage the Company’s website(s) to ensure the respective event objectives are met.
- Draft, propose, design and produce marketing collaterals such as electronic data messages (EDMs) and advertisements timely to meet marketing plan schedules.
- Conceptualise, propose and create objective, innovative and realistic Sponsorship Packages for Events, and then manage and liaise with Sales Teams to promote and sell them.
- Explore and appoint Contra Media partners that will complement the marketing plans and work with them to achieve the overall promotion objectives.
- Evaluate the roles of Public Relations Agency for the Events and recommend its appointment as necessary.
- Monitor closely all marketing and promotion budgets of all the Company’s events.
- Compile and coordinate the production of Show Catalogues for all events of the Company.
- Coordinate and liaise with the appointed Registration Agency to ensure the registration of Exhibitors and Trade Visitors are smoothly carried out.
- Coordinate with and support the Conference Manager to register all Conference Delegates.
- Manage the Company’s Database to ensure it is kept updated and relevant at all times, including ensuring the timely addition of new leads and the integrity of data is maintained through regular cleaning.
- Source for vendors and negotiate the purchase and production of gifts and products in support of our event requirements and Sponsorship Programmes.
