Singapore STRATEGIC MARKETING (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve Market Share, Product Sales and Profit Targets;
2. Manage Inventory (PSI) Planning

3. New Product Development

4. Create Consumer Demand

5. Responsible for creating Brand Awareness and maintaining Brand Position

6. Manage and Control the Marketing Budget;
7. Weekly Market Visits to gather Market Intelligence;
8. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to grow the business and gain market share.

9. Meet Buyers and Dealers for Market Feedback, Plan Marketing Activities, Co-op programmes, Close Bulk Deals, and establish Good Relationships and Support;
10. Work with 3rd parties such as Ad Agencies, Events organisers, Digital Marketing Agency to raise our Brand Profile.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Degree in Marketing, MARCOM or Business Administration;
2. Technical/engineering knowledge an advantage;
3. Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing Experience in Consumer Durables, preferably in Home appliances and Air-cons;
4. Experienced with PSI Inventory Management, Product Development and Launches;
5. Keen Commercial Awareness to analyse the Market and develop Strong and Effective Marketing Strategies;
6. Strong Analytical and Mathematical skills with strong Business/Commercial acumen and Strong Financial Planning and Control;
7. Good people skills and Team Player;
8. Strong MSN Office skills especially Outlook and Excel;
9. Strong command of English and Mandarin;
