**Overview**

**What you’ll give us**:

- Active involvement in brainstorm sessions to come up with big ideas for existing clients and new business
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into a variety of industry, competitive and client research
- An ability to summarise complex information into easy-to-understand insights
- Quality market research that helps the Strategy team craft compelling marketing campaigns, or even digital transformation opportunities
- Research-based collaboration with our colleagues in Creative, Marketing, Account Management, and Tech Development.

**What we’ll give you**:

- An in-depth understanding of how modern marketing agencies operate.
- Exposure to challenging briefs from blue-chip brands (SGX, SAP, eBay, NUS and Prudential, to name just a few).
- A crash course in how to come up with strategic hypotheses and creative big ideas, and how to make them work across channels, cultures and languages.
- Plenty of hands-on strategic skills and case studies to add to your CV.
- Experience in pitching your research-backed ideas internally and to clients

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of, or strong interest in a variety of social media platforms (e.g TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google, Snapchat, Discord, Reddit) and their role in forming and being part of a larger digital ecosystem.
- Must be competent across Google Workspace (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet) or Microsoft Office equivalents (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams)
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.
- Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
- An advantage, but not requirement, to have strong data analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
