**Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in formulating and overseeing the marketing plans for our healthcare businesses. You will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, managing internal and external stakeholders, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for our healthcare businesses. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and leverage consumer insights to drive marketing initiatives.
- Oversee Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external teams: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing projects. Supervise and manage these relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of services.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all marketing materials.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities, understand customer preferences, and stay updated with industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for the businesses. Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, especially in digital marketing and brand management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including market research, campaign management, and budgeting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop prefer.
