- **Responsibilities**:

- To develop KTS 5-year business strategy and plans. Conduct yearly review to ensure that the business meets the set targets.
- To be the lead driver for new business by conduct of comprehensive study on the business case, stakeholders analysis and development of the BPT. This requires working with internal and external stakeholders etc.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports to track the company’s work and progress.
- Understand external environment, trends and developments and implications on department’s strategy.
- Work closely with the management to define department’s strategic positioning leveraging its unique strengths.
- To manage partnerships with key stakeholders to advance department’s strategic objectives and influence policies and programmes.
- To be part of the planning and execution of strategic or corporate planning activities which will include both offsite and onsite events and workshops.
- Provide secretariat support for key senior management meetings.
- Prepare and collate necessary documents for presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
