**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Work Coordination:
- Arrange technician work orders and update supervisors.
- Track and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage Purchase Requisitions, Orders, and vendor follow-ups for invoices and deliveries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for department documents.
3. Communication:
- Draft letters, memos, and reports as needed.
4. Record Management:
- Update maintenance records, schedules, and department files.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts and organizational charts.
5. Support and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing and submitting monthly reports.
- Order and manage maintenance supplies and tools.
6. General Assistance:
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Prior administrative or technical support experience is a plus.
