Multimodal Freight Lead

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
**Alternate Saturdays**:1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage full-spectrum operations for multimodal freight services, including quoting, rate negotiation, cargo booking, shipment execution, and billing.
- Coordinate export, import, and cross trade shipments with co-loaders, ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and IATA regulations for handling dangerous goods and live animals.
- Oversee air/sea freight pickups and deliveries, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Safeguard company property, goods, and customer data; ensure security of office and warehouse premises.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Participate in standby duty rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Perform other duties as required for the role.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience**in freight forwarding
- At least **2 years of sea freight experience**:

- Class 3 driving license (required)
- Willingness to learn and work PM shift
