We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader who can oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems that solve real problems and create value for our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining the AI vision and roadmap, setting the technical standards and best practices, mentoring, and coaching the AI team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI solutions.

**As the Chief A.I you will**:

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, robust, and secure AI systems that leverage state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the AI team on all aspects of AI development, including data engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, etc.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, code reviews, testing frameworks, documentation, and performance metrics for AI projects
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, platforms, and techniques to enhance the AI capabilities and efficiency
- Research and monitor the latest trends and developments in AI and related fields, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Communicate effectively with senior management, business partners, customers, and external stakeholders on the value proposition, benefits, and challenges of AI solutions
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence within the AI team and across the organization.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- At least 10 years of experience in designing and developing AI solutions using various technologies and frameworks
- Proven experience in leading and managing AI teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong knowledge of data engineering, data science, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, etc.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within fintech and trading environments. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and the regulatory landscape.
- A proficient skill in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, etc.
- A familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.
- An excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation (technical & business), problem-solving (analytical & creative), and interpersonal skills
