**Sales Coordinator & Support - APAC - Maritime Technology industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In cooperation with sales team, participate in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Support in Identifying sales leads and prioritizing key accounts and opportunities within the marine industry, fostering relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Support the sales team in making sales presentations, proposals and research.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- Ensuring that orders are correctly updated in the system, close dialog with our operation tams when handing over orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the Inside sales team in HQ to ensure synchronization in marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree - could be bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 2 to 10 years of sales Coordination, sales support, or Inside Sales experience
- Preferable from Maritime industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is important) and CRM software.
- Organised and attentive to details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
