**Job Title: IT Project Executive**

REDAS champions excellence and sustainable developments, actively engaging with regulators and stakeholders to foster a vibrant and progressive real estate sector and provide a platform for its members, who include developers, builders, and real estate professionals.

**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- **Project Planning**
- Assist in the project planning and definition in collaboration with management and

stakeholders.
- Assist to develop project plans, including detailed work breakdown, timelines, dependencies,

resource plans, and budgets, as well as feasibility studies.
- **Project Execution**
- Assist to manage project development from beginning to end.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely

and clear fashion. Assist to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements

documentation, and presentations.
- Assist to identify and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and

contingency plans. Escalate issues to senior management as needed, providing clear analysis

and recommended solutions.
- Cultivate good working relationships with all project stakeholders, including business users,

partners, and vendors. Liaise with users on an ongoing basis.
