Front Office Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests on arrival
- Perform cashiering and guest check in /check out services
- Manage guest requests and enquiries professional manner and according to Hotel’s operational standards
- Cultivate workplace relationships and diversity
- Develop personal effectiveness at supervisory level
- Prepare team roster
- Lead team to develop operational plan
- Manage operations for service excellence
- Monitor workplace safety and security
- Supervise Front Office operations
- Answering incoming calls quickly and efficiently to connect to the respective guest or department
- Read and interpret operational reports
- Display critical thinking and analytical skills
**Requirements**:
- Education in Hospitality or related fields
- A competent working knowledge of Property Management System is advantageous
- Full Time: 1 off day per week to be scheduled by Management (6 days work week)
- Willing to work shift hours, and on weekends and public holidays
- Self-starter with a pleasant disposition
- Able to work independently
- Cheerful & pleasant personality
- At least 1 year experience in Hospitality & Services
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage
- To perform office duties such as co-ordinating with other departments, keeping records of staff work schedules and cash accounting for the front desk. This position is required to mentor, guide and provide coaching support to the junior team and in the absence of the Front Office Manager and/or other Senior Manager, he/she is required to take on responsibility to ensure smooth Front Office operations.
