General Manager

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, entrepreneurial person to manage our growing bar-restaurant brand located in the heart of Singapore's CBD. It's excellent atmosphere and reasonable prices attract a fun, enthusiastic crowd that can be grown and developed further. The general manager will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training and supervising of a capable staff
- Developing SOP’s and staff guidelines to be delegated to Restaurant Manager for operational implementation
- Staff communications including daily briefings, daily one-on-one with Restaurant Manager, weekly staff meetings and weekly reporting to directors
- Supplier negotiation and relationship management with assistance of daily support and ordering from Restaurant Manager and Head Chef
- Menu development with assistance from Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and Head Chef
- Business development and marketing through events, in-venue marketing, social media, website and customer database management with assistance from Restaurant Manager and team
- Administrative tasks including payroll, HR, government compliance and financial management of the business
- 8 - 10 years of experience in F&B management
- Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial attitude
- Flexible and hardworking
- Communication, teamwork, organizational and problem solving skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Xero is a plus)
We offer incredibly competitive remuneration:
- $9,500.00 monthly salary
