**If you join us, you will**:

- Work on a wide range of fascinating customer-facing problems across the app and web, including social media, community building, maps, user reviews, business subscriptions and ecommerce
- Interact with our passionate user community
- Enjoy a highly collegial and collaborative relationship with engineering and other key functions; going from concept to public release can be as quick as one week
- Have a seat at the table to drive product strategy and advocate for designs directly with the CEO

**Responsibilities and qualifications**:

- Good visual and information design skills: quickly and iteratively create elegant and intuitive user experiences
- Test and experiment
- Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders; negotiate technical and business needs and constraints
- Mentor other UX designers
- Independently scope work and define the design process and timeline
- Work samples / portfolio is necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month
