Customer Service Admin Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team in Malaysia. As a brand ambassador of St.Hua Private School, a Singapore-based company, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, introducing our services, and supporting our growing business in Malaysia.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on company-provided leads.
- Understand and interpret business needs and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients.
- Introduce our services and address client inquiries professionally.
- Handle all online customers’ enquiries and answering phone calls.
- Keeping track of potential customers that have been contacted & those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Accurately record client information, call logs, and feedback into the system.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and existing clients to build relationships and secure appointments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and conversion goals set by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree holder
- Computer knowledge is required - Microsoft Office, Google suites, WhatsApp
- Good spoken & written communication skills
- Prior sales/telemarketing experience will be added advantage
- Can start work immediately will be added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
**Working hours**:
- Remote/work-from-home arrangement with real-time video calling with the Singapore team
- At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
**Salary**:
- SGD10 to SGD15 per hour (Progressive with commitment period)
- Performance Bonus
