Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible to assist the Team Lead for the daily supervision of the Credit Limit Team and ensuring that independent dual control checks for credit facility registration to the Bank's Host System. - To ensure close follow-up on credit limit monitoring and date control. To ensure credit limit breach, credit review overdue is properly rectified. Crosschecking of control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office - Work in partnership with Credit Control Departments and Relationship Managers to ensure the credit reviews and rating reviews are completed and approved in a timely manner. - Follow up closely with RMs on credit registrations and monitoring on the rectification of any limit breach or overdue cases. - Ensure timely registration of credit and market risk limit into the Host System. - Ensure the preparation of timely due date control reports on credit reviews and borrower rating reviews. - Daily monitoring of customer's credit/market limit breaches and overdue credit and escalate any exceptions for further investigation. - Crosscheck of daily and monthly control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office. - Responsible for assisting in new product assessments and update of workflows and processes for the team. - Support internal and external audits for documents required. - Lead and managed projects for the department and support HOD on bigger projects. - Suggest and enhance existing workflows to achieve team and department efficiency. **Job Requirements**: - Degree qualified - Minimum 3 years of credit administration/operations experience - Meticulous and good team player - We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. _ MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
