**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Consultant to manage end-to-end immigration processes for corporate and individual clients. The role involves advising on visa and work pass requirements, preparing documentation, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on the most appropriate immigration routes based on their profiles, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and case tracking using internal systems and databases.
- Draft client communication materials, including briefing notes, checklists, and supporting letters.
- Stay informed on policy changes, quota systems (e.g., COMPASS), and updates to immigration laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, legal, compliance) and external partners (e.g., relocation agents, background check vendors).
- Conduct onboarding calls or briefing sessions with new clients and assignees.
- Support escalations or appeals when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Law, International Relations, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Singapore immigration consulting or a similar regulatory role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore immigration regulations and Ministry of Manpower policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a global mobility or legal services firm.
- Bilingual ability (e.g., English and Mandarin) to support regional clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with MyMOM Portal, EP Online, and immigration tracking systems.
