**The role**

**We currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Professional to join our global company and gain experience in a thriving sector.**

**As the HR Specialist you will be responsible for providing advice, support, and training to guide the management team to successfully lead their staff. The role will liaise closely with leaders at all levels, working with them to build on the culture and engagement of our people, relevant to our core values.**

**The role will further provide professional and comprehensive support to the HR Director and HR/EHS teams throughout the SEA region in relation to organisation wide people related projects. **You will also provide generalist HR support to our business in Singapore and Malaysia.**

**Your profile**

**To be successful you will be self-motivated, professional, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.**
- **BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar qualifications in relevant field**
- **At least with 5 years HR generalist experience with a solid understanding of Singapore and Malaysian Employment Legislation**
- **Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (Workday desirable)**
- **Demonstrated ability to develop business partnerships with all levels and in geographically dispersed locations**
- **Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport across the business**
- **Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare quality written reports, correspondence and other documentation as required in English.**
- **Good analytical skills including the use of Excel.**

**This role is a full-time requirement based in Singapore, and global travel is part of the role.**
