Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain capacity modeling.
- Perform time study, track capacity model parameter and ensure data accuracy.
- Benchmark tool to tool performance.
- Capacity scenarios study, analysis and capacity optimization.
- Identify opportunity for improvement: Capacity/CT/Productivity.
- Work closely with operations and engineering to drive MOOI, OEE, CT on bottleneck equipment and resolve capacity constraint.
- Support LEAN manufacturing and operation excellence project.
- Provide solution and works independently to resolve manufacturing problem and capacity constraints.
**Position Qualifications**

**Educational Level**:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Mechanical Engineering or related Degree in Engineering disciplines.

**Work Experience**:

- 5 years experience in IE and Optics/Electronic manufacturing operations.
- Good exposure on time studies, methods and/or performance analysis.
- Experience user in tools such as MS Access, Project, SQL server, VBA and decision tools.
- Proficient in Data Management.
- Good team player and able to collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Strong analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Experience in Factory Automation projects.
