Join us as a **Guest Services Supervisor **in** Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium**. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can,
**Your day to day**
- Assist and supervise front office operations during assigned shift.
- Maintenance of guest information.
- Maintenance of information about local events.
- Compile occupancy statistics.
- Supervise the use of public address system.
- Supervise group bookings.
- Manage guest's requests and feedbacks.
- Conduct on the job training in accordance with departmental standards and procesures and maintains a record of progress for each trainees and team member.
**What we need from you**
- High School education with a minimum of 3 to 4 years' relevant experience in guest services/hotel experience.
- Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Has good writing skills, problem solving and organisation abilities.
