- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and assist with initial setups.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster positive relationships.
- Work closely with the client services team to support clients’ needs.
- Provide administrative support to the client relationship management team.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to ensure retention.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education is a local polytechnic diploma.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and handle sensitive conversations.
- Prior customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage client requests effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,100.00 - $5,000.00 per month
