Job Title: Concrete Mixer Truck Driver*

*Job Summary*

Operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver ready-mixed concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining a clean and efficient vehicle.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Pre-Trip Inspections*: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, mixer drum, and equipment before each trip to ensure safety and proper functioning.

2. *Loading and Mixing*: Load concrete materials into the mixer drum, following specified recipes and procedures. Mix and blend concrete to achieve desired consistency and quality.

3. *Transportation*: Safely operate the concrete mixer truck to transport mixed concrete to construction sites, navigating through traffic and tight spaces.

4. *Delivery*: Deliver concrete to customers, ensuring timely and courteous service. Interact with customers, site managers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.

5. *Post-Delivery*: Clean and maintain the vehicle, mixer drum, and equipment after each delivery, ensuring they are in good working condition.

6. *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantity, quality, and any issues encountered.

7. *Safety and Compliance*: Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following traffic laws.

8. *Vehicle Maintenance*: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, to ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition.

*Requirements*

1. *Valid Driver's License*: Hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

2. *Concrete Industry Experience*: Possess experience in the concrete industry, preferably as a concrete mixer truck driver.

4. *Physical Demands*: Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

5. *Communication Skills*: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

6. *Mechanical Aptitude*: Have basic mechanical knowledge and skills to perform routine maintenance tasks.

*Working Conditions*

1. *Outdoor Work*: Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, and snow.
