Roles & Responsibilities

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating and driving truck vehicles to transport goods and materials from one location to another. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods, contributing to the efficiency of the supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Job Description:

  1. Vehicle Operation: Safely operate truck vehicles to transport various types of goods and materials between specified locations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

  2. Cargo Loading and Unloading: Ensure the proper loading and securement of cargo onto the trailer truck, and supervise the unloading process at the destination.

  3. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with transportation regulations.

  4. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes, logs, and trip reports accurately and on time.

  5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatchers and logistics teams, updating them on delivery status, potential delays, and any relevant incidents.

  6. Emergency Response: Demonstrate quick thinking and appropriate actions in the event of emergencies, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances while on the road.

  7. Soil Truck Driver Soil moving Euro 4

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Class 4 driver's license required.

  • Proven experience as a Truck Driver or in a similar driving position preferred.

  • Strong understanding of traffic rules, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Ability to handle heavy machinery and cargo safely and efficiently.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of safety.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to cargo loading and unloading.

  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.

  • Good vision and hearing abilities for safe driving and communication.

Working Hours: 6 working days per week (max. of 44hrs) + Overtime (max. of 72 hours per month)
