We are looking for eager-to-learn **_graduates from technical schools_** (e.g. ITE) to join the Halliburton Technical Graduate Program (HTGP) within the Singapore Completion Tools Manufacturing Organization. This is a 3-phases structured program with a flexible time frame to train and develop fresh graduates to acquire skills and competency to operate high-precision CNC Machines to manufacture oil and gas equipment. Depending on the prior knowledge, experience, and individual performance, the HTGP duration may vary from 6 to 18 months.

The Program is designed to develop technical school graduates to gain a strong foundation in precision machining through structured training, on-the-job assignment and frequent feedback. You will acquire technical work knowledge and skills in safe machining practice, product knowledge, how to operate basic and complex CNC machines, quality and inspection requirements, the ability to read drawings, understand CNC programs, preventive maintenance, Continuous Improvement tools and eventually become a competent and independent Precision Machining Operator who is able to manufacture high standard of products for the oil & gas industry. To enhance your development, mentors will be assigned in every phase to provide valuable feedback for your growth. Assessment will be conducted at the end of each phase.

**Who can apply?**
- Local ITE graduates (Higher NITEC or NITEC) in any Engineering related courses with 0-2 years of experiences are welcome to apply
- Anyone who is willing to take machining as his/her profession with Halliburto
- Possess a positive attitude, high level of initiative, team player with keen learning aptitude
- May be required to work in rotating shifts (Shift allowance is available)
