In your role as a **_Barista _**, you will be an important part of our truly incredible barista team, as you delve into the engaging world of coffee-making; from preparing, and serving genuinely delectable coffee to creatively adorning your servings with beautiful latte art.
- You will be trained and mentored, by our Senior Baristas in the preparation of our delectable selection of coffee such as espresso, lungo, caffe latte, flat white, cappuccino, macchiato, americano, piccolo, mochaccino, and more
- You will pick up valuable knowledge in understanding the differences between coffee beans as well as in the use of different brewing techniques and preparation machines
- You will be taught how to maintain the coffee machines at optimum service level through proper operational procedures; how to troubleshoot any breakdowns, perform preventive measures, and professional repair assistance if/when required
- You will learn how to maintain inventories through the replenishment of coffee bean supply, including stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies for the coffee bar
- You will come to appreciate the importance of maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
- You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our high-quality standards through the study, evaluation, and potential re-designing of processes for possible implementation of changes
- You will understand and appreciate the value of listening by paying close attention to details such as coffee blend, dairy type, and sugar ratio

**Job Requirements**:

- Honestly, **_no experience is required _**so do not fret or worry if you do not have any prior experience or training, for as long as you are genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop, you will fit right in as we have a long and positive track record of developing our entry-level / junior baristas into well-trained, experts in the art of coffee-making
- *There are also other career development options in the back-of-house (BOH), bakery, or pastry if the interest and passion are there _
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- *If you do not have a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification _
- Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
- A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
- Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company
