Junior Post-production Coordinator

The role is a Junior Post-Production Coordinator to join an ongoing client's (a leading global streaming service) support account. This would be part of a global 24-hour team dealing with the client's requests, we have 4 shifts to cover the 24-hour period handled in Singapore and Berlin.

This role will be on fixed shift hours (10am to 7pm)

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- An eye for interesting content.
- Clearly communicating with the client, respectfully.
- Chasing the client for missing files
- Able to churn out schedules of projects constantly.
- Staying on top of projects and their progress.
- Distributing work to assistant editors and freelancers when it comes in via Airtable
- Proficient with Google workspace.
- Troubleshooting problems that arise.
- Building a database of freelance assistant editors to cover the wide range of languages the project deals with.
- Working with various multilingual people from different countries.
- Time reporting to the client as well as making sure it is accurate on our side. Chasing our assistant editors who miss it.
- Maintaining the project database (held in Airtable)
- Ensure documentations of workflows are updated.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Experience handling communication with clients and vendors
- Good people and social skills
- Experience using Airtable/Spreadsheets/ Goggle workspace
- Experience in a Post Production environment
- Organization skills
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Premiere Pro skills are beneficial
