BuildBuilt’s Interior Designers are experimental, creative and enthusiastic. We execute projects that belong to the residential and commercial space.

Interior Designers should have a broad understanding of color, materials and a confident understanding of space. At the same time, a keen eye for details.

Through relational design, Interior Designers create spaces that are sensible and aesthetically pleasing for their clients.

Interior Designers, through their own unique abilities, and BB’s processes, collaborate with homeowners/business owners to design their dream spaces. Interior Designers form relationships with homeowners/business owners to understand their design brief thoroughly, and embed them the design. They must do this with a respectful understanding of the projects constraints as well
- authority, timeline, quality and budget.

Communicating ideas with clarity is crucial for the Interior Designers to elevate the client's design and planning experience.

**OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- able to communicate with clients, team mates, and suppliers with confidence
- able to design and pitch a project well within client’s budget (and understand individual and commercial profit)
- able to articulate to project managers on key design details and intent
- able to model 3D visuals with SketchUp, Enscape and draft with AutoCad
- able to problem solve with practical solution/design during construction phase

**Requirements**:

- has a design related education/qualification
- able to communicate (speak and write) well
- able to use Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop efficiently and creatively
- have worked in Singapore for at least 2 years, and understands the local design and construction industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
