**PURPOSE**
- To lead R2R Process Standardization in the Region (East Asia / South East Asia / Oceania)
- To lead implementation of BPO Project and New ERP Project for Operating Companies (OpCo) in the Region
- To develop BPO monitoring processes in the region / To continuously oversee quality of BPO work after the project go-live Generally, also to support the Senior Manager in ad-hoc requests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To lead R2R Process Standardization in the Region.
- To lead standardization of finance related business processes in the Region.
- To analyse the current states of Record to Reporting (R2R) practices of overseas sales operating companies (OpCos) in the region, to develop Finance RSP (Regional Standard Processes), to provide directions & instructions to OpCos, and, if any process gaps are identified, to lead implementing specific countermeasures.
- To lead collaboration with Corporate Finance, IM and other related parties in establishing standard processes.
- Implementation of OpCo BPO Project
- To lead establishment of standard accounting processes in OpCo BPO Project, in which OpCo accounting functions are outsourced to Accenture.
- To investigate OpCo current state processes, develop standard “to be processes,” evaluates gaps, and implement countermeasures.
- To lead OpCo process transfer to Accenture BPO.
- Throughout the projects, to train and educate Accenture BPO team.
- BPO Quality Monitoring Lead
- To design monitoring processes with specific KPIs to evaluate quality of Accenture BPO work.
- To develop specific KPIs to control quality of Accenture BPO
- After BPO go-live in OpCos, to monitor quality of Accenture BPO with KPIs. As BPS owner, to continuously develop improvement measures for Accenture BPO in case there are any gaps from the expected states.
- To proactively manage relationship between Accenture BPO team and OpCos to mitigate expectation gaps as the representative of the region.
- Financial Accounting Process Owner in New ERP Project
- To lead financial accounting process development in New ERP project.
- To identify current OpCo financial accounting process issues, analyse root causes, propose countermeasures, and develop accounting standard processes for new ERP.
- To provide guidance in accounting areas to PM team in designing business processes for new ERP.
- After new ERP go-live at OpCos, to monitor if OpCos follow standard accounting processes, and in case notable gaps are found, initiate corrective measures.
- Accounting process improvement of Singapore Regional HQ
- To lead / support financial accounting process standardization of Singapore Regional HQ.
- To investigate past accounting transactions and to analyse gaps to streamline closing processes.
- To support Regional HQ Operation Team in specific closing activities, when necessary.
- Others
- To lead / support various finance related projects, with working with relevant parties.
- To support semi-annual cut-off testing of OpCos
