**Team Summary**:
This role oversees the Cybersource New Business Development team within the AP region, which is one of the fastest growing organizations within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring domain of Visa. The team comprises of New Business Development Leads, Account Managers across Singapore, Thailand Malayand Strategic Market Consultants. With the booming Asia Pacific Business, we are looking to expand this bustling team.
**What a Senior Director, Head of New Business Development Cybersource APAC does at Visa**:
We are currently looking to bring in a Senior Director to be located in Singapore, the Asia Pacific hub for the Cybersource business. The individual will lead strategic sales engagements, including the positioning and selling of Cybersource’s Acceptance solutions across a growing portfolio of key commercial partners within the Asia Pacific Payments sector. This includes working with C-Suite leaders at these partners to align the value Visa, and Cybersource brings in the form of a multi-faceted, and value aligned solution to this strategic set of partners. He/She will also be tasked with growing the sales presence in region, supporting each market to bring on new business onto the Cybersource platform, either directly with merchants, or through our Acquiring Solutions and other partnerships. In addition, the role will also work closely with APAC regional market leaders at Cybersource and within the broader Visa organization (i.e. Regional Managing Directors, MS&A leads, Acceptance Solutions leadership) to develop and frame regional strategies. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a commerce with significant potential for growth.
You will be measured on your direct contribution to the overall performance of the Visa business measures including: transaction and payment volumes, customer success KPI’s and NPS, overall revenues (total contract and in year) and growth targets based on an agreed portfolio - targeting strategic domestic and multi-national customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue opportunities with new tech partners, acquirers, regional merchants, and ecosystem participants within AP payment ecosystem
- Drive large & strategic regional sales/partnership engagements with C-Suite leaders (CEO/President, Chief Sales Officer, Chief product Officers etc) within Acceptance partners across APAC to effectively position Cybersource solutions and value.
- Manage the Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand (SMT) Cybersource business ensuring key revenue bookings, NPS KPIs are delivered.
- Develop and deliver Cybersource AOP, multi-year plan, and sales performance management KPIs including pipeline management, conversion, time to revenue, NPS etc.
- Achieve objectives by leading strategic sales alignment with Merchant Sales & Acquiring (MS&A) teams, regional and global Cybersource teams and other Visa departments. This is a senior role and reports to the Head of Cybersource Asia Pacific.
- Manage close working partnerships with Visa stakeholders, business development teams, Product, Risk, Corporate Relations, Legal, etc.
- Drive execution of strategy and build greater understanding of Cybersource opportunities in the region, partnering with and overseeing other functional activities (e.g., Marketing, Fraud Analytics and Client Services)
- Partner with global sales enablement and development teams to focus on strengthening the pipeline through lead generation activities, using a consistent set of sales best practice such as IDDEA and improving deal velocity and activation
- Mentor and manage a high performing regional Cybersource sales team with both direct reports and indirect teams.
- Be an active member of the country MS&A and regional CYBS teams.
