**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in-house users in SAP administrative tasks such as create, assigning and updating employees in system and SAP licences, update SAP user restriction rights
- Assist to update user signature into the Crystal Report template. Reset or unlock SAP user authentication.
- Guide users on the SAP workaround.
- Keep track of Change request on SAP environment. Update UDFs, add users, reassigning licenses, update crystal reports etc.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in providing support in SAP would be advantageous.
- Minimum Higher NITEC/Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office with expert level knowledge of Excel, and working knowledge of MS Access.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and growing organization/environment.
- Ability to work well with people, with good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Knowledge in accounting and supply chain cycle would be an added advantage.
