**Position Overview**

We believe in collaboration to foster innovation in meeting future needs.Wallem operates globally with a shore-based team of 700 and 7,000 highly qualified seafarers, serving nearly all vessel segments.**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

This is a 24 to 36 months graduate programme consisting of:
- Structured internal and external in-classroom knowledge-based trainings
- Comprehensive on-job training with continuously professional development and career advancement
- Job rotations across the different business units in different international locations and acquire the necessary competencies prior to permanent deployment
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business strategic objectives
- Regional and global exposure, opportunities, and responsibilities.
- Upon successful deployment, graduates will contribute to Ship Management from the different departments - Crewing, Procurement, Safety and Technical.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A fresh mind that is open to ideas and self driven to perform under pressure
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime / engineering or related discipline

**Key Knowledge Areas**
- Knowledge with regards to organizational procedures/relationships.
- Some knowledge in ship operations is a plus

**Skills & Competencies**
- An effective communicator with a good command of the English language both spoken & written.
- Good with people (interpersonal skills) and well organized.
- Accountable, adaptable, attentive to detail, able to build and maintain work relationships,
- Able to analyze a situation, as it develops and report it to Superintendents & Fleet Manager.
- Service-oriented, self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and be adapt to new circumstances.
