**Job Description**:
The **Director, Engagement Solutions (Loyalty) **in AP is the ambassador of everything loyalty-related in the region. The role-holder will lead the process of building capabilities, structuring partnership models, as well as driving the sell-in and implementation of Visa’s proprietary loyalty solutions to deliver market-leading, contemporary user experiences that cater to our clients’ needs and provide the best cardholder experiences on the Visa network.

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions in AP, the Director, will manage the delivery of a Value Added Service revenue target against Loyalty for the region and will lead the charge in helping front-line sales colleagues across all AP markets to embed our solutions successfully within our clients’ portfolios. As part of this, the Director will help Visa internal sales teams represent the Visa / partner value proposition and sell the economic value of our partnerships to Visa clients as part of competitive pitches and RFPs.

Leading a team of direct and dotted line reports in Singapore and across AP, and working closely with Visa’s Loyalty partners as well as regional and global counterparts, the role also involves being both an advocate for our partners internally and acting as the Visa / partner specialist to Visa clients. You will develop the Loyalty narrative for the region, ensuring the solutions and their content are easily understandable and consumable both internally and externally. You will deliver internal education on the holistic value proposition, thought leadership and - depending on market need
- will participate in direct selling of our solutions.

As Engagement Solutions Product Owner in Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the full marketing/product mix - development, narrative creation, pricing, content creation, education, selling, billing, general client and partner management and importantly, thought leadership.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- 12+ years of industry experience and at least 3+ years of experience in the loyalty industry, preferably in product development, product management & strategy
- Experience in financial services, fintechs, telecom, retail and ecommerce will be an advantage
- Proven experience in P&L ownership & sharp understanding of macroeconomics, consumer behavior, product operations, business processes
- Established credentials in delivering product & business solutions and keen interest in payment technology & innovation
- Strategic thought leadership coupled with execution bias to drive initiatives and meet key result areas
- Ability to establish, own and drive partnerships to ensure the most optimized outcomes for clients
- Sound business acumen, analytical skills and keen understanding of new technology payment business models and profitability drivers
- Solid experience in leading people both as a line manager and as a business leader of ‘dotted line’ teams
