**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**
- Automate excel reports in a user-friendly format that helps read & navigate large quantity of business performance data
- Help draw analysis and conclusions on business performance data based on research questions at hand
- Update reports/dashboards periodically on brand business performance metrics and diagnostic for sales actions.
- Develops dashboarding analytic technology and data visualization and interrogation systems to support both local and meta data analysis, in partnership with the Strategy, Analytics and Insights and OU Commercial teams.

**Preferred Discipline**

Any courses in the quantitative streams (Applied Analytics, Statistics etc)

**Functional Skills**
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel + VBA
- Willingness to learn Data Visualization tool (Past experience on Power BI / Tableau is a big plus)
- Hands-on data expert who can play around with Excel and various data visualization tools
- Some experience as a part of past internship or projects on working on large quantity of complex data
- Good to have some experience on building predictive models
- Self-learner with an eye for quantitative analysis on existing data
- Passionate about translating data into actionable insights/outcomes.

**Key Learnings for the intern**
- Gain knowledge on FMCG performance metrics and business levers
- Exposure to business data across different departments - marketing, commercial, finance and franchise operations
- Understanding on drivers of sales performance - price, promotion, distribution, stocking etc & what levers to activate to improve sales
- Data Visualization technique to present complex data in simple and actionable way
- Upskill advanced excel functionalities
