More than 380 That’s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for process engineering design related deliverables such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Utility flow diagrams, for different process and utility systems
- Generate and maintain process engineering documentation throughout the documentation lifecycle. Support operational qualification (IQ/OQ), requalification, validation, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Lead and manage change control, Deviations and CAPA’s related to process engineering
- Ownership of SIP, clean-in-place (CIP), washer, Autoclave. Provide technical support to the business that allow the smooth site operation. Help in continuous improvement
- Lead all engineering related process improvements, yield/cycle time reduction improvements that are derived from equipment or automation modification
- Act as the bridge between MS&T and Automation, correlate MS&T process requirements into the necessary automation EMs/recipes/parameters
- Support all recipe testing and work with automation to implement all automation changes. On-call availability to support process troubleshooting, according to operational needs
- Lead and drive ad-hoc process & engineering related troubleshooting including design and optimization to minimize the supply risk

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a preference in Biopharma, Biochemical, Process or Chemical Engineering
- 10-12 years of experience. Background in biologics is required
- Experience in process engineering design related deliverables, technical specifications, engineering design calculations for process and utility equipment
- Team player with good team spirit
- Ability to summarize issues and propose solutions
- Adaptability, ability to work under pressure
- Must be a quick learner and Strong interpersonal skills
