Key Responsibilities At least 8 years of experience in Process C&Q on larger brownfield projects. Lead and perform DeltaV functional testing for biopharmaceutical process equipment systems, ensuring full alignment with URS and design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve control‑logic issues using DeltaV Control Studio, collaborating closely with automation engineers and vendors. Drive timely preparation, review, execution, and close‑out of C&Q protocols and documentation. Ensure traceability to user requirements throughout all C&Q documentation using Kneat platform. Maintain strong communication with cross‑functional teams including Automation, QA, Engineering Compliance, Construction, and End Users. Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams to ensure all documentation decisions are aligned and agreed upon. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on the project critical path. Reinforce and uphold safety procedures, lead by example, and contribute to safety awareness in meetings and on‑site activities.
