Singapore RECONN AIR-CONDITIONING Full time

Carries out preventive maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems
- Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work
- Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including
- Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems
- Utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturer’s files and other record keeping
- Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor
- Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers
- Must perform duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with strong a background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems
- Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems
- Oversee work crews to ensure they are wearing the appropriate PPE and following all Company safety regulations, policies and guidelines
- Works under the supervision of the Supervisor or the authority to accomplish the duties described herein in accordance with Corporate Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures
- Supervise other mechanics or trades as needed
- Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Performing other related work as assigned
- Observing prescribed safety standards
- Assign and distribute work orders and work requests
- Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done
- Able to work 6 Days a Week
