Singapore Chevron Full time

Manage negotiations connected with Chevron’s existing LNG term agreements including price reviews and other commercial negotiation. Additionally, as the LNG Marketing Advisor will support new LNG origination and LNG value chain optimization activities.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Act as an account manager for existing term LNG SPAs. Lead LNG contract implementation negotiations, price review negotiations, and optimization activities in coordination with internal functions such as VCO, Trading, Scheduling & Operations, Shipping, IT, Finance, Legal, Tax and Governance etc. Work closely with in country rep offices to fulfill contractual obligations, maximize enterprise value capture and ensure obligations to LNG term customers are met. (65%)
- Support LNG origination activities, participate in development of LNG marketing strategies for term sales in Asia Pacific region and, as required, lead or support any global LNG portfolio growth related commercial activities. (15%)
- Provide gas/LNG commercial expertise to pursue LNG related value chain opportunities and/or energy transition opportunities in Asia Pacific region, in coordination with VCO, CNE, CBD and other OPG organizations as required. (10%)
- Mentor junior marketing and commercial staff and support local OC development across GSAT regional organization. (10%)

**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Understanding of LNG value chain and commercial experience along the LNG value chain is critical.
- Firsthand negotiation experience in LNG SPA/HOA/KTA is required.
- Most negotiations are with Asian counterparties, therefore cultural awareness and sensitivity and the ability to work across cultural boundaries are essential.
- Cross-functional teamwork and good networking skills with different stakeholders are important.
- Frequent travels within the region are required.

**Relocation Options**:
Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.

**International Considerations**:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
