**What the role is**
**What you will be working on**
You will work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to learning opportunities that will help to develop a better understanding of the Singapore economy. Specifically, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to several members of the Senior Management team. The responsibilities include:
- Preparation and filing of documents
- Working with stakeholders to schedule and deconflict meetings
- Support the principal in pre
- and post-travel arrangements, including submission of claims
- Provide covering duties for other Personal Assistants on ad-hoc basis
- Monitoring deadlines and progress of projects
- Any other duties as assigned
**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary
- Good multi-tasking skills with experience supporting multiple Principals
- Ability to juggle multiple work assignments from multiple principals and provide covering duties when required
- Strong IT literacy and ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, confident and a good working attitude
