This position requires excellent management of key external and internal partners to drive business growth in emerging markets for the business. He/she needs to co-develop strategic business plans, at country and customer level with marketing team & distributor team. The incumbent will have full responsibility on go-to-market strategy, and delivery of sales & distribution targets for the international business unit.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:
1. Execute & deliver Top-Line Sales
- Work with external partners to deliver aligned sales target. Drive go-to-market fundamentals to enable external partners to accelerate business growth
- Management of Sales expense to ensure prudent spending and sustainable sales growth

2. Implement Commercial Strategy and Commercial Plans
- Build a regional commercial strategy in-line with business needs and develop channelized commercial plans that can be rolled out across the region.
- Track and review key sales fundamental metrics with the intent to improve visibility and product availability in store.
- Continuously drive improvement in daily operations of external partners and free up capacity to further develop their business

3. Market Launch & Distributor Management
- Identify gaps in existing product portfolio and fulfil untapped market segments across countries
- Collaborate across multiple functions to bring product to life

4. Assess & drive penetration into new channels and relevant distribution points
- Identify new channels and distribution points with untapped potential for business consideration to create new business opportunities, especially with a clear vision on future market trends

**Qualification and experiences requirement**:

- Self-confident, Self-Driven and Highly Independent with a high standard on end-results
- Proven Sales track record focusing on growth achievement
- Pro-active leadership to seek opportunities for growth
- Deep Field Sales and Commercial Expertise in FMCG/CPG space
- Required to be well-versed in Mandarin to manage local distributor
- At least 6~8 years of experience in field sales and commercial roles, with good exposure to customer management
- Ability to influence & negotiate at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate; maturity and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to build capability and hands-on coaching
- Able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Willing to travel when needed (30%)
