**Job Summary**: My client is a real estate property manager of a retail mall that is listed on the SGX.

They are looking for a Head of Retail Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for the mall.

Dynamic, Forward Looking and adept in stake holders' management, you will conceptualize, plan, develop and implement various marketing strategies, promotional initiatives/campaigns and advertising programs to effectively position the mall in maximising returns and exposure from the various media.

You will be involved in the management of marketing activites and ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with AEI projects.

You will develop the CRM road map and manage end-to-end CRM strategy. You will optimise the use of digital app and technology to provide a seamless shoppers' engagement journey and user experience.

Armed with good business acumen, you will be involved in the management of marketing activities, including developing strategic and tactical marketing plans/programs, tenants'relation programmes and attracting shopper's traffic and driving tenant's sales turn over.

You will handle all corporate communications and media relations pertaining to property management matters. You will perform GTO/Sales data analysis and footfall trends and will engage and establish positive tenant relations to ensure retention of quality tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 8 years of relevant brand marketing or retail marketing experience
- Deep knowledge of different digital capabilities and use of social media platforms to engage stakeholders not limiting to shoppers and tenants
- Experience in media planning, event management and execution of marketing campaigns
- Creative Marketer with ideas and ability to think out of the box
- Analytical, tech savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively and have strong inter-personal skills
