A large global bank is seeking experienced Retail Credit Technical Consultants. In this role, you will drive large-scale transformation initiatives for a rapidly expanding financial institution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive waterfall/agile implementation with cross-functional teams and ensure technical plans are delivered as planned.
- Work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure requirements and technical designs are translated and effectively implemented
- Work with engineering and business teams to define overall technology risks and roadmap, ascertain scalability, sustainability, costs and operations
- guide discussions with steering committee and senior decision makers, propose risk mitigation strategies as required

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable quantitative and data analytical skills with a degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, etc)
- Robust knowledge of market practices, credit portfolio management, credit scoring models
- Experience in tools such as but not limited to SAS, FICO, Experian
- Regional experience driving large-scale Retail Credit transformation initiatives
- Banking and/or consulting experience preferred

**Salary: Negotiable**
