**Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Packaging**
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure catering orders are accurately assembled and packaged
- Prepare food trays, utensils, beverages, and service equipment for delivery
- Confirm and check all items against order sheets before dispatch

**Logistics & Delivery Support**
- Organize delivery schedules and routes based on order timelines and locations
- Assist with loading and unloading catering vans
- Support delivery drivers with navigation, loading, and on-site setup when needed
- Track deliveries and communicate any issues or delays to management and clients

**Inventory & Supplies**
- Monitor and restock packaging supplies (e.g., trays, boxes, utensils, napkins)
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and equipment
- Maintain proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive items (coolers, warmers)

**Administrative Support and Others**
- Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders, delivery logs, and equipment returns
- Communicate order updates or changes to kitchen and logistics teams
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment and staging areas
- Support in other ad hoc task that assigned by the superior or chef

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service, catering, or logistics (1+ years preferred)
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
